Rush Limbaugh Sacked by NFL--Personal Fouls and Unsportsman-like Conduct

the NFL has committed some very 'personal fouls' and shown some very 'unsportsman-like conduct' toward Conservative radio talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, who is an avid NFL fan and had proposed to put in a bid for the St. Louis Rams.

The NFL has seen fit to drop Mr. Limbaugh from the bid to buy the team, based on accusations by liberal demoncraps Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson et al.

Now, since hearing this news that the NFL has 'sacked' Rush Limbaugh from the bid to own the St. Louis Rams, I have since cancelled my subsription to various NFL publications. My girlfriend and I (as well as 60 of our closest friends) who listen to Rush's show have also declared that we will NEVER watch another NFL football game or purchase tickets to any games. I had also decided to purchase 'season tickets' for all Rams' games for me and my friends when I heard Rush was bidding to buy them--NOW--I have decided that I have BETTER things to do with my money than give it to a bunch of 'race-baiting bigots'.

As you all can tell, I am HIGHLY pissed off at what has happened, and I am fed up by the "liberal left lunatics of the demoncrap farty" ( mispelling is deliberate on 'party') portraying us conservatives as racists and homophobes etc etc etc!!!

Wow--I Bet Obama Didn't See THIS Coming, Either

Wow, ya gotta love those libs! Isn't it kind of ironic that Obama's own supporters are now getting fed up with him and his empty promises? I love this article from Fox News. I think that this may turn things around in four years if these libs decide to convert to our side.

"Liberals Increasingly Frustrated With Obama's Style and Performance"

Liberal commentators from Saturday Night Live comedians to newspaper columnists to leftist bloggers to gay rights activists have been portraying Obama as a do-nothing president and "whiner-in-chief," expressing a growing concern that the commander in chief is not showing enough spine.

Critics on the left are growing impatient with Obama and pressuring him to reject a request from his chief military commander for more troops in Afghanistan, to include a government-run insurance option in his health insurance reform plan and to lift the don't-ask-don't-tell policy concerning gays in the military.

On Sunday thousands of gay rights activists marched from the White House to the Capitol, demanding that Obama keep his promise to work to end discrimination against gays and lesbians.

"This president has done something pretty extraordinary," said Michael Gerson, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and a former senior adviser to the Bush administration.

"He's managed to convince a lot of Americans that he's more liberal than he thought he was, at the same time he's disappointed his liberal base," he told FOX News. "That's an accomplishment of sorts."

Gerson said Obama faces problems with his liberal base, which he says is in a demanding mood and is setting high expectations.

"Every president needs the ability, particularly with a centrist country and centrist Congress, to make some concessions," he said. "They need some ideological leeway."

The White House says the president has acted decisively in securing federal bailouts for General Motors and Chrysler, appointing Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court and on other issues that critics have forgotten about because they've been focusing on health care reform and the war in Afghanistan.

The White House also points out that Obama said during the campaign that he would be a deliberative president, and that he won't change just because some commentators say he should.

Tensions between the White House and liberal bloggers boiled over Sunday when New York Times correspondent John Harwood said on CNBC that an anonymous White House official had told him that the bloggers should "take off their pajamas, get dressed and realize that governing a closely-divided country is complicated and difficult."

In an e-mail to the Huffington Post on Monday, Harwood clarified that the unidentified adviser was referring to Obama's entire liberal base, not just gays and lesbians.

But some see the criticism as par for the course.

"You're never going to make everybody happy all the time. That's just the rule of politics," said Democratic strategist Josh Gottheimer, a former senior adviser to the Clinton administration.

"I think he's done plenty for the left, he's done plenty for the center," he said of Obama. "He's got a philosophy. He made it clear when he was running for president that he was going to do what's best for the country in very difficult times, and you're not going to please everyone."

Gottheimer cited progress on the economy and health care reform, which is advancing to the Senate and House floors for a historic debate later his month.

"These things have cycles," Gottheimer said. "They can't just say positive things all the time. They have to have a little fun."

Gottheimer pointed to Obama's 52 percent approval rating, saying that's what really counts.

"That's ultimately the poll that matters, and not what the late night comics say," he said.

FOX News' Major Garrett contributed to this report.

Oh my--the videos you find on the internet.

Ok, people, I need a little help on this one. As you all know, I am a complete novice at all this political stuff, but I have to admit, it is all very interesting and I started this blog to help contribute to the conservative cause and also to LEARN more about what is going on in our world today, and WHY it is happening etc etc etc.

So, here are videos I found on YouTube about the EFCA and Unions while I was looking for something to post about the SEIU. Wow, the stuff you find when you look for one thing.

Conservatives UNITE!!!--VERY IMPORTANT--PLEASE READ!!!

Conservatives, it is time to take off the gloves and put on the brass knuckles.

I am listening to Ben Ferguson right now and he is urging us (as Republicans and Conservatives)to call and ask Olympia Snow questions as to why she voted WITH the Lib-Dems on this Obamacare Health bill.

Be sure to *67 your number (as they have ways of kicking your call out if it is not coming from Mass.)

Here is the number

1-202-224-5344

Please dom tthis in an intelligent and mature way--don't get angry or yell at them, but keep them on the phone and ask them questions (i.e. "Why did you vote to cut healthcare for seniors?" etc).

Please do not be discouraged if you are unable to get through due to phone lines being busy--this is a good sign as a lot of Ben Ferguson's callers/listeners are already calling them.

It is now time for our voices to be heard. So, "LET'S BE HEARD".

Thank you.

Rush Limbaugh Wants to Own the St. Louis Rams

Rush Limbaugh loves football, loves the NFL, and wants to buy the St. Louis Rams football team. However, there are a lot of people who are committing some very 'personal fouls' against him about this, including some NFL team members who are exhibiting some very 'unsportsman-like conduct' by calling Mr. Limbaugh a 'racist'.

In my opinion, it is absolutely ridiculous to even think of Rush Limbaugh as a racist, and their acusations are completely 'out of bounds', because, well, let's us some good ol' fashioned common sense:

"If you were a rich white man, and a 'racist', would you even consider purchasing an NFL team (or ANY sports team) who is probably about 85%-95% African-American?" My guess is that, no you wouldn't, not if you were a 'TRUE RACIST', because if you were a true racist, you would most likely be watching a sport like NASCAR or maybe the NHL and not football.

Now, don't get me wrong, I am not a racist. I just think that it is funny because the main people who are attacking Rush Limbaugh on this are the liberal lunatics of the demoncrap party. Yes, I am back to my 'conspiracy theories' as always. So, what is my 'conspiracy theory' on this?

Well, I personally think that the only REAL reason that Rush is being attacked on this end is because the lib-dems have tried (unsuccessfully I might add) to attack him on the political front, so now they attack his 'character' and resort to the name calling game.

I just think it is a ridiculous argument that the man should not be allowed to buy the team. This is all about 'capitalism' and business. It has nothing to do with 'race' and/or skin color.

What do you think?

The Weakening of a Nation

No one likes it when someone makes a promise, and then breaks it, right? It makes us not want to trust that person any more when they make promises that we don't know if they will keep.

One of President Obama's promises to close the Guantanamo Bay Prison (Gitmo) has yet to be kept.

And thank GOD this is a promise that he has broken, so far. Why?

Well, for one thing, it is putting our country at risk for an even bigger (and possibly worse) terror attack, that could be worse than the Al Queada {spelling} attacks on September 11, 2001. Why?

Ok, here we go, and correct me (please) if I am wrong, but if Guantanamo Bay Prison closes, would that not send those terrorist prisoners to our state and federal prisons, where they may (possibly) eventually be released, into our cities in the U.S. where they [terrrorists]would (most likely) regain control and recruit more terrorists in order to orchestrate more (and even worse) terror attacks than the ones on 9/11/2001???

I mean, even Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell(R-Ky) maintains that Gitmo should stay open.

Then we come to this next part of my 'essay' blog, is that he [Obama] wants to shut down (or disarm) all our nuclear weapons, and wants (even expects) Russia, Korea, and whomever else may have them to do the same.

Ok, again, and correct me (please) if I am wrong, but does this president REALLY, HONESTLY believe that our enemies will disarm themselves of their nuclear weapons or weapons of mass destruction?Just because Obama says he will do it if they will?

Someone please tell me that our president is not that foolish. I mean, seriously, what is happening to us? What is happening to our country?

McCain: No win without 40,000 more troops

From the Politico site:

**********************************************************

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) warned on Sunday that without an additional 40,000 troops, he does not believe the war in Afghanistan will be won.

Asked on CNN's "State of the Union" if the American military can win the war without the additional 40,000 troops advocated by Gen. Stanley McChrystal, McCain said simply, "I do not."

"I think the great danger now is not an American pullout, it’s a half measure," McCain continued.

The senator added that he does not believe the White House is trying to "muzzle" McChrystal, though he said he was bothered by some of the criticism of the general that has leaked into press reports.

"This whole thing about leaks in this business is sort of the ugly thing about how we do business in Washington," he said.

I happen to agree with Sen. McCain. If it isn't bad enough that our President has weakened our country with his promise to close Gitmo, and his vow to never use nuclear weapons, and otherwise going on an "Apology Tour" and spouting his platitudes about how it is America's fault that all these other countries are having so many problems etc, now he wins an award that he does not deserve and the Nobel Committee with use this award to control him and hold him to his promises.

I have to say, even though I am a novice at all this political stuff, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is something very wrong with our country right now, and I fear that it is only going to get worse before it gets any better...

I think I will get started on building that bomb shelter next week that I have been procrastinating on for years.

Liz Cheney on Obama's Nobel Peace Prize

Liz Cheney is up in arms about Obama's Nobel Peace Prize, saying in so many words that instead of receiveing the award himself, he should allow the mother of a fallen soldier to accept it on behalf of the United States military , as they deserve it more than he does, because the military is the most poerful force that keeps us safe and allows us to sleep soundly knowing that we are protected.

Here is what she had to say on 'Fox News Sunday':
